A. Dates of product arrivals are ALWAYS approximate as some delays may occur due but not limited to the following: weekend hours, shipping delays, factory holiday and summer shutdowns, backorders, custom orders.


Q? Our Return Policy

A. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a replacement. Please note that damages and defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Items not eligible for returns include: Clearance or Sale items, Custom Furniture Products, Custom Area Rugs, Used Mattresses, Gift Certificates.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to management approved returns.

Deposits are non-refundable.
